As someone who has played college sports, coached for over 10 years, and also dealt with depression, I understand first hand what it means to struggle with mental health issues while playing a competitive sport at a high level. I wouldn't have made it without the help of supportive parents, coaches, and my counselor. It would be my honor to walk alongside athletes as they work towards their goals while offering support for their mental health, whether that's performance anxiety, depression, having "mental blocks" in your sport, or just the stress of competing.
