Therapy sessions with me are laid back, compassionate, and collaborative. Each client is unique in their own needs, so in the first few sessions we will take time to get to know each other and establish a relationship based on trust and understanding. As therapy continues, we will explore your thought patterns, try and pinpoint symptoms that you may need alleviating or navigating, and try and examine your own strengths to equip you for the road ahead. Each session is roughly 50 minutes.
Bottom line- virtual counseling allows us to meet on a more flexible schedule and in a more laid back environment. There's no worry about being stuck in traffic, having to talk to a receptionist in a waiting room, etc. You have instant access to your session right at the click of a button!
I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a "Superbill" or "Good Faith Estimate" that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
In order to keep my practice small, I only see a limited number of clients at any given time. I typically see clients on Thursday afternoons and Fridays during the day.
